Strip Four-sided seal filling and packaging machine

- Strip wrapping machine with high ability to package pharmaceutical products such as tablets, capsules, and pills with four-sided seals by automatically counting system.
- Capacity per lane is 50 shots/lane of denture cleaner and 100 shots /lane of other tablets.
- The eye mark sensor controls the two rolls of film(left and right) design by automatic controls brake system to make design matched sachets.
- Th machine can detect the filling error such as the number of fillings.
- Achieved stable quality such as sealing performance and filling accuracy using unique sealing structure and filling method.
- A wide range of options including various printers, film meandering correction devices, various cutting methods (continuous packaging, zigzag, eye notch, R cut, special shapes), auto splicer, fine adjuster (die roll gap control device), weight checker for each lane, etc. Can be proposed according to customer requests.
